Early check-in and well laid out room. Breakfast was complimentary and had variety of food. Welcoming lobby. A wonderful beach, spectacular view.

Wanted to explore Gainesville and this hotel was excellent base for doing it. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant The Rise. There were spacious bathrooms. It was worth its 3 stars: )

Appreciated the staff and the food, comfy beds and very clean hotel. For shots visit miller's ale house, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the property.

Hotel's in front of tourist spots like kanapaha botanical gardens. The bed was comfortable, best sleep ever. All in all a GOOD experience.
